Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes (450 g / 16 oz)
- 3 carrots (300 g / 10 oz)
- Spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp starch
- 4 tbsp flour
- A bunch of cilantro and parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions 👩🍳

Tips
- Healthier option: Bake fritters at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes instead of frying.
