Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin works best)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp salt

  • 4 hoagie rolls or sandwich buns
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

Directions

  4. Combine: Return onions and peppers to skillet. Mix well.
  5. Melt cheese: Lay provolone slices over beef mixture. Let melt.
  6. Assemble: Spoon cheesy beef mixture into toasted hoagie rolls.
  7. Serve: Enjoy hot with your favorite sides.
