Ingredients
For the chicken

For the garlic parmesan butter sauce
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for heat)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep chicken: Toss chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Thread onto skewers.
