Ingredients

- Lemon: 1, thinly sliced
- Ginger: 10 g, thin slices
- Parsley: 20 g, lightly bruised
- Dried rose petals: 10 g, food-grade
Instructions
- Heat: Bring the water to a gentle simmer (not a rolling boil).
- Infuse: Add cucumber, lemon, ginger, parsley, and rose petals. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Steep: Turn off heat, cover, and let steep 20–30 minutes for maximum flavor.
- Strain: Pour through a fine sieve into a jug to remove solids.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 2–3 hours. Serve over ice.
