Instructions

  2. Remove & Shred: Take chicken out, shred meat, and discard bones. Return meat to pot.
  3. Make Dumpling Dough: In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and melted butter until dough forms.
  4. Cook Dumplings: Drop spoonfuls of dough into simmering stew. Cover and cook 15 minutes without lifting lid, until dumplings are fluffy.
  5. Serve: Ladle chicken, vegetables, broth, and dumplings into bowls. Enjoy warm.
