Instructions

  1. Preheat: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.
  2. Make dough: Mix almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, salt, melted butter, egg, and vanilla until a soft dough forms.
  3. Base: Press half the dough evenly into the pan.
  4. Filling: Beat cream cheese and erythritol until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix until creamy. Spread over the base.
  5. Top layer: Flatten the remaining dough with your hands and lay over the filling.
  6. Topping: Brush with melted butter. Mix cinnamon and erythritol; sprinkle evenly on top.
