Instructions
- Cook the meat: In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in diced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened. Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes. Stir in cooked rice and simmer a few minutes to meld flavors.
