- Mash bananas thoroughly in a mixing bowl.
- Add eggs and vanilla, whisk well.
- Mix in Greek yogurt and honey (if using).
- Gradually add oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, reserving 2 tablespoons for topping.
- Pour mixture into a lightly greased or parchment-lined loaf pan. Sprinkle reserved chocolate chips on top.
- Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) for 7 minutes, then bake 40โ50 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean.
- Cool before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge after the first day.
