  • ยฝ cup whole wheat flour ๐Ÿš
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder ๐Ÿš
  • ยฝ cup dark chocolate chips ๐Ÿซ

Preparation ๐Ÿžโœจ

  1. Mash bananas thoroughly in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk well.
  3. Mix in Greek yogurt and honey (if using).
  4. Gradually add oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips, reserving 2 tablespoons for topping.
  6. Pour mixture into a lightly greased or parchment-lined loaf pan. Sprinkle reserved chocolate chips on top.
  7. Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) for 7 minutes, then bake 40โ€“50 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean.
