Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes 😋
Juicy roasted chicken paired with golden potatoes, seasoned with garlic, parmesan, and spices.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4–5 small/medium-sized potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (for potatoes)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Prep Potatoes: Wash and cut potatoes into chunks. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Prep Chicken: Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Place on the same sheet or in a separate dish.
- Bake: Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are golden.
- Finish: Sprinkle Parmesan over hot chicken and potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
- Serve: Enjoy warm as a complete meal.
