Juicy roasted chicken paired with golden potatoes, seasoned with garlic, parmesan, and spices.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4–5 small/medium-sized potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (for potatoes)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep Potatoes: Wash and cut potatoes into chunks. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet.
  2. Prep Chicken: Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Place on the same sheet or in a separate dish.
  3. Bake: Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are golden.
  4. Finish: Sprinkle Parmesan over hot chicken and potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
  5. Serve: Enjoy warm as a complete meal.
