Flaky biscuits stuffed with cheesy garlic ground beef, baked until golden. A fun appetizer or snack!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Prepare Filling: Stir in diced Parmesan and cubed cheddar. Mix until cheese begins to melt slightly. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Assemble Bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough piece. Place a spoonful of beef-cheese mixture in the center. Fold dough around filling and pinch edges to seal.
- Bake: Place bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Cook: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with dipping sauces like marinara, ranch, or garlic butter.
