Ingredients
For the Crust
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or crushed cookies)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- ½ cup chocolate chips or fruit (optional mix-in)
For the Frosting
- 1 cup whipped cream or frosting of choice
- Sprinkles, nuts, or chocolate shavings (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Make Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and optional mix-ins. Spread evenly over crust.
- Frost: Top with whipped cream or frosting. Garnish with sprinkles, nuts, or chocolate shavings.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until set.
