Whipped Chocolate Cheesecake Parfaits 🍫🥄✨
Layers of chocolate cheesecake mousse, crunchy crust, and sweet toppings—an indulgent no-bake dessert!
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 cup crumbled graham crackers or chocolate cookie crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Chocolate syrup or sauce (optional, for drizzle)
- Whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Mix crumbs with melted butter. Spoon into serving glasses or jars, pressing lightly to form a base.
- Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. In another bowl, whip cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Sift in cocoa powder and fold until smooth.
- Assemble Parfaits: Layer cheesecake filling over crust. Add mini chocolate chips or drizzle syrup. Repeat layers until glasses are filled.
- Chill: Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight to set.
- Serve: Top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, or extra chips. Serve chilled
