Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1½ cups almond flour
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded (for topping)
  • Flavor Gods garlic seasoning (or any garlic seasoning blend)
  • Melted butter (for brushing)
  • Whipped cream cheese (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt Cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese for 90 seconds in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Mix Dough: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, baking powder, and almond flour. Add melted cheese mixture and combine into a dough.
  4. Shape Bagels: Roll dough into logs and form circles. Place on prepared cookie sheet.
  5. Season & Top: Brush with melted butter, sprinkle garlic seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake: Bake for 16–18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Slice in half and top with whipped cream cheese. Enjoy warm!
