Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 tsp paprika or chili flakes
Instructions
- Cook Beef & Aromatics: Brown ground beef over medium heat; drain fat. Add onions and garlic, sauté 3–4 minutes.
- Add Tomatoes: Stir in diced tomatoes with their juice. Season with salt, pepper, and optional paprika. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Add Cabbage: Add chopped cabbage, stir, cover, and cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
- Taste & Adjust: Adjust seasoning to preference.
- Serve: Enjoy hot with bread, rice, or mashed potatoes.
