A hearty, cheesy casserole loaded with pasta, beef, sausage, and pepperoni—perfect for pizza lovers!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ lb Italian sausage, crumbled
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook Meat: In a skillet, brown ground beef and sausage over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine: In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, meat mixture, pizza sauce, and half the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Assemble: Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni slices.
  5. Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy hot.
