A hearty, cheesy casserole loaded with pasta, beef, sausage, and pepperoni—perfect for pizza lovers!
Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ lb Italian sausage, crumbled
- ½ cup pepperoni slices
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Meat: In a skillet, brown ground beef and sausage over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine: In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, meat mixture, pizza sauce, and half the mozzarella cheese.
- Assemble: Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni slices.
- Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy hot.
