Shrimp and Sausage Foil Packs 🍤🌭🥔🌽
A colorful, flavorful one-pack meal with shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn—easy to cook and serve!
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix Seasoning: In a bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble Packs: Divide shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn evenly among 4 large sheets of foil. Drizzle with seasoning mixture. Fold foil tightly to seal.
- Cook: Place foil packs on grill or oven. Cook 20–25 minutes until potatoes are tender and shrimp are pink.
- Serve: Carefully open packs, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
