Creamy Cheesesteak Tortellini 🧀🥩🌶️

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (any color)
- 8 ounces thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook Tortellini: Boil tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Veggies: In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Add Steak: Stir in sliced steak and garlic. Cook until steak is browned and cooked through.
- Make Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and beef broth. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine: Add cooked tortellini and shredded cheese. Stir until cheese melts and sauce coats everything.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
