A comforting fusion of cheesy tortellini and classic Philly cheesesteak flavors, all in one creamy dish!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (any color)
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook Tortellini: Boil tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Veggies: In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  3. Add Steak: Stir in sliced steak and garlic. Cook until steak is browned and cooked through.
  4. Make Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and beef broth. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine: Add cooked tortellini and shredded cheese. Stir until cheese melts and sauce coats everything.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
