Ingredients

For the Marinade

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, minced
  • ⅔ cup dark brown sugar
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ⅓ tsp red pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and red pepper until smooth.
