  • 3 large eggs

How to Make It

  1. Prepare Pan: Grease a 9.5-inch ring or bundt pan. Line bottom and sides with cheese slices, ensuring no gaps.
  2. Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, eggs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Fill Pan: Pour mixture into cheese-lined pan. Smooth top and sprinkle with extra Parmesan.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on low-medium heat in a snug pot for 20 minutes, or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until set.
