Ingredients
For the Meat Layer
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Lasagna Layers
- 9–12 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Topping
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- Optional garnishes: diced pickles, sesame seeds, sliced green onions
Instructions
- Prepare Meat Layer: Cook beef and onion in skillet until browned. Drain grease. Add turkey bacon, seasonings, ketchup, and mustard. Simmer 2–3 minutes. Stir in cheddar. Set aside.
- Make Cheese Layer: Mix cream cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Assemble: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, layer meat mixture, noodles, and cheese mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Add Topping: Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly over top.
- Bake: Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve: Garnish with pickles, sesame seeds, or green onions. Enjoy warm!
