Ingredients

For the Meat Layer

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Lasagna Layers

  • 9–12 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

For the Topping

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • Optional garnishes: diced pickles, sesame seeds, sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare Meat Layer: Cook beef and onion in skillet until browned. Drain grease. Add turkey bacon, seasonings, ketchup, and mustard. Simmer 2–3 minutes. Stir in cheddar. Set aside.
  2. Make Cheese Layer: Mix cream cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  3. Assemble: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, layer meat mixture, noodles, and cheese mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  4. Add Topping: Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly over top.
  5. Bake: Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve: Garnish with pickles, sesame seeds, or green onions. Enjoy warm!
