For the Icing

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Holiday sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream Butter & Sugar: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Combine: Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and milk. Gradually add dry ingredients. Fold in sprinkles.
  5. Bake: Pour batter into pan. Bake 50–55 min until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
  6. Make Icing: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.
  7. Decorate: Top with festive sprinkles. Let icing set before slicing.
