Ingredients

For the Oat Crust

  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp sweetener (optional)
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 80 g butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1–2 tbsp cold water

For the Filling

  • 1–2 onions, diced
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 300 g spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled

  1. Make the Oat Crust: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Pulse oats in food processor until coarse flour
