Ingredients
Crust Layer
- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (~2½ cups, crushed with filling)
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Pudding Layer
- 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold whole milk
- ½ cup hot fudge sauce
Whipped Layer
- 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Topping & Garnish
- ¾ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup holiday-themed M&M’s
- Optional: crushed peppermint candies or edible glitter
Instructions
- Prepare Crust: Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into 9×13 dish. Chill 15 min.
- Pudding Layer: Whisk pudding mix with milk (2 min). Fold in fudge sauce lightly. Spread over crust. Chill 10–15 min.
- Whipped Layer: Beat cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks (3–4 min). Spread over pudding layer.
- Garnish & Chill: Top with marshmallows and M&M’s. Add peppermint or glitter if desired. Cover loosely and refrigerate ≥2 hrs.
- Serve: Slice with warm knife. Store covered in fridge up to 4 days.
