Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces 🥩
- 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
- 2 tbsp butter 🧈
- 4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning 🌿
- Salt & pepper, to taste 🧂
- 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free) 🥥
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
- 8 oz rotini pasta 🍝
- ½ cup beef broth (or vegetable broth) 🍖
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿
Directions
- Cook Pasta: Boil salted water. Cook rotini per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sear Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high. Season steak with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Make Sauce: In same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic, sauté 1–2 minutes. Add broth, scrape browned bits, simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Add Cream & Parmesan: Lower heat. Stir in cream, simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened. Add Parmesan, stir until smooth.
- Combine: Add rotini to skillet, toss in sauce. Return steak bites, mix well.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley. Enjoy immediately!
