Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
