Instructions

  1. Mix Batter: In a bowl, combine quark, flour, sugar, egg, baking powder, and salt until a thick batter forms.
  2. Heat Oil: Warm oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Fry Doughnuts: Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil. Fry 3–4 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Drain: Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels.
