Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (1 package), softened
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 15 oz can sliced peaches, drained and diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a standard loaf pan.
  2. Cream: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and lemon zest. Mix until fluffy.
  3. Dry Mix: In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Combine: Slowly add dry mix and milk to wet ingredients. Fold in diced peaches.
  5. Bake: Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake 50–55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool: Let loaf cool before slicing. Enjoy!
