🍑 Peaches & Cream Cheese Loaf ✨

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (1 package), softened
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 cup milk
- 15 oz can sliced peaches, drained and diced
Instructions
- Preheat: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a standard loaf pan.
- Cream: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and lemon zest. Mix until fluffy.
- Dry Mix: In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine: Slowly add dry mix and milk to wet ingredients. Fold in diced peaches.
- Bake: Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake 50–55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool: Let loaf cool before slicing. Enjoy!
