Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream: Beat butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix: Add egg and vanilla. Stir until combined.
  4. Dough: Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Shape: Wrap 1–2 tbsp dough around each Reese’s cup, covering completely. Shape into balls.
  6. Bake: Place on sheet and bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Cool: Let cookies cool slightly for gooey centers. Optional: drizzle melted chocolate on top.
