- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 12 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream: Beat butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Mix: Add egg and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Dough: Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Shape: Wrap 1–2 tbsp dough around each Reese’s cup, covering completely. Shape into balls.
- Bake: Place on sheet and bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool: Let cookies cool slightly for gooey centers. Optional: drizzle melted chocolate on top.
