🍥 Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars ✨

Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
Cheesecake Filling
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs (or 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon Swirl
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk (almond or oat for dairy-free)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
- Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Spread cheesecake filling over crust. Drizzle cinnamon mixture and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until center is firm and edges are golden. Cool in pan, then chill for 2 hours.
- Whisk glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over chilled bars.
- Lift bars using parchment, slice into squares, and enjoy!
