π Green Olive Dip π

Ingredients
- 1 cup green olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine green olives, cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic. Pulse until well blended but still slightly chunky.
- Add roasted red peppers, parsley, and lemon juice. Pulse a few more times until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with crackers, fresh vegetables, or use as a spread for sandwiches and wraps.
