Ingredients
For the cheesecake mixture
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the fruit salad
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup grapes (green or red)
- ½ cup mini marshmallows (optional)
For garnish
- Crushed graham crackers (optional)
- Drizzle of honey or caramel sauce
Directions
- Make the cheesecake mixture: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well. Fold in whipped cream until fluffy. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the fruit: Wash and dry all fruit. Slice strawberries, bananas, and grapes. Drain pineapple if canned.
- Combine: In a large bowl, gently mix all fruit. Fold in the cheesecake mixture until evenly coated. Add marshmallows if using.
- Garnish & serve: Transfer to a serving dish. Top with crushed graham crackers and drizzle with honey or caramel. Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour.
