A creamy, fruity dessert that blends tangy cheesecake with fresh fruit—perfect for parties and picnics!

Ingredients

For the cheesecake mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the fruit salad

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes (green or red)
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows (optional)

For garnish

  • Crushed graham crackers (optional)
  • Drizzle of honey or caramel sauce

Directions

  1. Make the cheesecake mixture: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well. Fold in whipped cream until fluffy. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the fruit: Wash and dry all fruit. Slice strawberries, bananas, and grapes. Drain pineapple if canned.
  3. Combine: In a large bowl, gently mix all fruit. Fold in the cheesecake mixture until evenly coated. Add marshmallows if using.
  4. Garnish & serve: Transfer to a serving dish. Top with crushed graham crackers and drizzle with honey or caramel. Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour.
