Stuffed Flank Steak
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, butterflied
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Lay flank steak flat and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread spinach, mozzarella, garlic, and parsley evenly over the steak. Roll tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear the steak roll on all sides until browned.
- Transfer to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve hot.
