Spicy Ramen Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 200g ground beef or chicken
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground meat and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili sauce. Mix well.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until evenly coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
