Spicy Ramen Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles
- 200g ground beef or chicken
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Add sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili sauce. Mix well.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
