Crispy Deviled Eggs with Mustard Dip π₯β¨

Ingredients
For the Eggs
- 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter (or olive oil) for searing
For the Mustard Dip
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Eggs: Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stuff the Eggs: Spoon or pipe yolk mixture back into whites, slightly mounding it.
- Pan-Sear the Eggs: Heat butter or olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Place stuffed eggs yolk-side down and cook 2β3 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove carefully.
- Prepare the Mustard Dip: Whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve: Arrange crispy eggs on platter, garnish with parsley, and serve warm with mustard dip.
