Yogurt and Flour Apple Rolls
Ingredients
- 650 g flour
- 3 tablespoons natural yogurt
- 2–3 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour and yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Add diced apples and cinnamon. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Divide dough into 10–12 pieces. Roll each into a ball and flatten slightly.
- Place on a greased baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve warm. Enjoy!
Tips
- Add sugar or honey to the filling for extra sweetness.
- Spice it up with nutmeg or cardamom.
- Serve with butter or cream cheese.
