Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and chicken. Cook 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Lower heat. Stir in cream and Parmesan. Cook until sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add pasta to skillet. Toss to coat. Garnish with basil and serve hot.
