Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and chicken. Cook 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Lower heat. Stir in cream and Parmesan. Cook until sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add pasta to skillet. Toss to coat. Garnish with basil and serve hot.
