This no-churn ice cream is a candy loverβs dreamβpacked with cookie dough, Snickers, Reeseβs, and swirls of chocolate and caramel. Perfect for summer indulgence or festive treats!
π§ Ingredients
For the cookie dough
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
For the ice cream
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chopped Snickers bars
- Chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- Frozen cookie dough balls (from above)
For topping
- Chocolate sauce
- Caramel sauce
- Chopped peanuts

- Make cookie dough: Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in milk and vanilla. Stir in flour, then fold in chocolate chips. Roll into small balls and freeze.
- Make ice cream base: Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix-ins: Add chopped Snickers, Reeseβs, and frozen cookie dough balls to the ice cream base.
- Assemble: Pour mixture into a loaf pan. Swirl in chocolate and caramel sauce. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
- Freeze: Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
- Serve: Scoop and top with extra chocolate, caramel, and peanuts if desired.
