Kickstart your day with a hearty skillet of sunny-side-up eggs and perfectly seared steak cubes—simple, savory, and protein-packed.

🧂 Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup steak, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or chives) for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Heat oil: Warm olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Season & sear: Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear 4–5 minutes until browned and to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook eggs: Reduce heat to medium. Crack eggs into the skillet on one side and cook until whites set and yolks remain runny, about 3–4 minutes.
  4. Combine: Return steak to the skillet alongside the eggs and warm together for 1 minute.
  5. Garnish & serve: Top with fresh herbs. Serve hot and enjoy.
