πβ¨ Cinnamon Sugar French Toast Bites
Soft on the inside, crispy on the outside β these mini French toast bites are coated with cinnamon sugar and drizzled with syrup. Perfect for breakfast or dessert!
π₯£ Ingredients:
- 6 slices of thick bread (cut into cubes)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter (for frying)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Maple syrup or caramel sauce for serving

- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Dip the bread cubes into the mixture, making sure theyβre well coated.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Fry the coated bread cubes until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess butter.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with maple syrup or caramel sauce.
