Garlic Butter Roasted Potatoes 🧄🥔
Ingredients:
- 1 kg baby potatoes (halved)
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Add the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking dish.
- Roast for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and Parmesan before serving.
