🍯 Baked Oatmeal Delight 😋
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (or almond milk)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: chopped nuts or raisins
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet mixture over the oats and stir well to combine.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy warm or cold! 😍
