๐ช Crunchy Energy Cookies
These healthy cookies are loaded with oats, nuts, and dried fruits โ a perfect natural snack for a boost of energy!
๐งบ Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, etc.)
- 1/2 cup mixed dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, etc.)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

- In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.
- Add beaten eggs and honey, then mix until everything sticks together.
- Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).
- Shape into small cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12โ15 minutes or until golden brown.
