Chocolate Oat Bars

Introduction: These no-bake chocolate oat bars are rich, chewy, and layered with creamy chocolate. Perfect for a quick dessert or snack that everyone will love!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil or butter
  • 1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, melt the coconut oil, honey, and peanut butter over low heat until smooth. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  2. Add the oats and mix well until fully coated.
  3. Press half of the oat mixture into a lined baking dish.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler and pour over the oat layer.
  5. Top with the remaining oat mixture and press gently.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
