🍯🥜 Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge
This smooth and creamy peanut butter fudge melts in your mouth! Perfect for dessert trays or sweet gifts. Only a few ingredients and ready in minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 g) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (250 g) creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ¾ cups (470 g) powdered sugar
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the base: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and peanut butter together. Stir until smooth and combined (about 3–4 minutes).
- Add vanilla: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix in sugar: Gradually whisk in powdered sugar until smooth and thick.
- Set the fudge: Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy!
Storage
- Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks for longer freshness.
