🍝💛 Creamy Baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta
A rich, cheesy, and comforting pasta bake with tender chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce — perfect for cozy dinners!
Ingredients
- 300 g spaghetti or fettuccine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook the diced chicken until golden. Season with salt and pepper, then remove and set aside.
- Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and milk, then simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
- Add cheese: Stir in parmesan and half of the mozzarella until melted and smooth.
- Combine: Add cooked pasta and chicken into the sauce, mixing well to coat everything evenly.
- Bake: Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15–20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and a sprinkle of black pepper. Serve hot and enjoy!
