Ingredients

  • 300 g spaghetti or fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook the diced chicken until golden. Season with salt and pepper, then remove and set aside.
  3. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and milk, then simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add cheese: Stir in parmesan and half of the mozzarella until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine: Add cooked pasta and chicken into the sauce, mixing well to coat everything evenly.
  6. Bake: Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15–20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and a sprinkle of black pepper. Serve hot and enjoy!
