Ingredients:
- 5 large eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or your favorite)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp butter or oil, for cooking
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.

- Pour in half of the egg mixture and let it cook for 1–2 minutes until it begins to set.
- Place slices of cheese and ham evenly over the semi-cooked omelette.
- Pour the remaining egg mixture on top to cover the filling completely.
- Cover with a lid and cook gently for about 5–7 minutes until the bottom is golden and the top starts to set.
- Carefully flip the omelette (using a plate if needed) and cook the other side for another 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm — slice and enjoy the gooey melted cheese inside!
Tips:
For extra flavor, add herbs, onions, or a sprinkle of grated cheese inside before folding. Perfect with toasted bread or a side salad!
