These Cheesy Corn Tortilla Cups are the perfect bite-sized appetizers โ€” crispy on the outside, creamy and cheesy inside, and packed with sweet corn flavor! Ideal for parties or a cozy snack night.

๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:

  • 6 small tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup sweet corn (canned or boiled)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Cut tortillas into quarters and press them into a muffin tin to form small cups.
