Ingredients
- 3–4 chicken breasts
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced (optional)
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease it.
- Season: Place chicken breasts on the tray, drizzle with olive oil, and season with paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add vegetables: Scatter the sliced peppers and onions over the chicken, mixing slightly to coat everything in the seasoning.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
