Ingredients

  • 3–4 chicken breasts
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced (optional)
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease it.
  2. Season: Place chicken breasts on the tray, drizzle with olive oil, and season with paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
