These no-bake peanut butter chocolate balls are sweet, creamy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you crave a quick homemade treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
  • 1 tablespoon shortening or coconut oil (optional, for smooth coating)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze for about 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate chips (and shortening if using) in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
