These no-bake peanut butter chocolate balls are sweet, creamy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you crave a quick homemade treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
- 1 tablespoon shortening or coconut oil (optional, for smooth coating)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until a thick dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for about 20β30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips (and shortening if using) in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
